Editorial: We're All In This Together!
This is a song from the High School Musical series that has been so popular the past few years by Disney. With our grandchildren, we have watched all three movies, and they are very entertaining with some very talented young people. The song "We're All In This Together" is one of the more popular songs in the movies.
How does this relate to compounding and pharmacy practice? Wellwe are all in this together! We need to work with and support each other to be successful in our profession, business, communities, and other areas.
Support can be expressed in many different ways.
- Here at IJPC, we are engaged in a multitude of activities for which we receive no income because of our commitment to support pharmacy compounding...that is what we are about. If there are other activities you would like to suggest for us, please let us know.
- YOU can support pharmacy compounding and IJPC by supporting our advertisers. Please purchase your supplies, equipment, materials, services, etc. from our advertisers so THEY can continue to SUPPORT YOU AND IJPC. Some providers of these items do not support pharmacists and compoundingthey are only in it to sell their products.
- Our advertisers support pharmacy compounding in many, many ways. They offer their products and services in convenient packaging, they support our meetings and activities by their presence and exhibits, they support by providing consulting services, etc. We are deeply indebted to them and owe them our wholehearted support! Check the IJPC Advertising Lists in each copy of the journal and give them a call!
As we celebrate July 4th with our families this weekend, don't forget your pharmacy family and support them all year round with your business.
Have a Happy and Safe Fourth of July!

On July 4, 1776, we claimed our independence from Britain and Democracy was born. Each year on July 4, we celebrate that freedom and independence with barbecues, picnics, and family gatherings.
Happy Birthday, America!
