cBHT Prescriber Survey

PLEASE SHARE: From APC

IMPORTANT!!!

cBHT Prescriber Survey

In light of NASEM's FDA-funded cBHT study, which discourages the use of cBHT preparations, APC is helping to gather evidence from physicians that support the safety and efficacy of cBHT.

APC has developed a brief survey on Google Forms, which will take no more than 5 minutes for your physicians to fill out.

Compounded Hormones for Female Patients is a survey assessment of prescribing habits and methods used to evaluate the safety and efficacy of female compounded hormones. This survey includes an invitation to contribute with potential case studies for scientific publication.

If your physicians choose to participate, it will facilitate the gathering of large amounts of real data that will be vital in establishing the safety and efficacy of cBHT.

Responses are required by February 15, 2021.

Your contribution is very important to protect millions of Americans who use cBHT every day. Please share this survey with your prescribers of cBHT:

Did You Know...

...this? In light of the NASEM report and the importance of all pharmacists, physicians, and patients working together for a common goal of protecting cBHT, I am reminded of the chorus of a song, "Walk Beside Me," which was recorded by the Irish group, Celtic Woman.

Don't walk in front of me,
I was not born to follow,
Don't walk behind me,
We were all born to lead,
Don't walk without me,
I might need you tomorrow,
Walk right beside me,
Be the real friend I need.

Thought of the Week

I have noticed the friendship among compounding pharmacists over the decades and the willingness to help others when needed. As friends and APC members, we need to walk together and work together to protect CBHT for our patients.

Join the CNL!

IJPC would like to invite all compounding pharmacists and technicians to join the Compounders' Network List (CNL) - an e-mail-based resource for sharing compounding information with your peers.

Go to the following website for more information and to join.
