Thought of the Week

The above quote has appeared on many posters, blogs, etc. over the past years with diverse responses, especially in workout gyms!

• The fact that Americans chew a million dollars' worth of gum each year shows how much work we will do for practically nothing!
• Ideas are such funny things; they never work unless you do!
• Some people pray for more things than they are willing to work for.
• A genius has been described as an individual with the ability to evade work by doing something right the first time.

Edison's Vacation:
One evening when Thomas Edison returned home from work, his wife said: "You have worked long enough without a rest. You must go on a vacation."
"But where will I go?" he asked.
"Decide where you would rather be than anywhere else on earth, and go there," was the answer.
"Very well," promised Edison. "I will go tomorrow."
The next morning he went back to work in his laboratory.

One is very fortunate when they really enjoy their work!
