Changes to Subscriber Agreement
The International Journal of Pharmaceutical Compounding, Inc. (IJPC) provides CompoundingToday.com to you subject to this Subscriber Agreement. This Subscriber Agreement may be updated by IJPC from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the Subscriber Agreement at: http://www.compoundingtoday.com/subscriberagreement.cfm.

Limitations on Use
Access to CompoundingToday.com is limited solely to the registered subscriber and is non-transferable to any third party. Only one individual may access CompoundingToday.com at the same time using the same username or password unless otherwise expressly permitted in writing by IJPC.

CompoundingToday.com and all other sites that are linked to CompoundingToday.com or affiliated with CompoundingToday.com and all the information, communications, software, scripting, photos, text, video, graphics, music, sounds, images and other materials and services found on CompoundingToday.com (collectively "Content"), are intended for the lawful use of IJPC's subscribers, employees, advertisers, and prospective subscribers.

CompoundingToday.com is controlled and operated in whole or in part by IJPC from its offices within the United States. IJPC reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse or terminate access to CompoundingToday.com by you at any time.

You acknowledge having been advised by IJPC that the Content is protected in the U.S. and internationally by a variety of laws, including but not limited to, copyright laws and treaty provisions, trademark laws, patent laws, and other proprietary rights laws (collectively "Rights"). In addition to IJPC's Rights in individual elements of the Content, IJPC or its licensors own a copyright in the selection, coordination and arrangement of the Content. You are hereby granted permission to access the Content from CompoundingToday.com, solely for your personal, non-commercial use of viewing and browsing through CompoundingToday.com or ordering products or services from CompoundingToday.com. This permission terminates automatically if you breach this Subscriber Agreement.

All other use of Content from CompoundingToday.com, including, but not limited to uploading, downloading, modification, publication, transmission, participation in the transfer or sale of, copying, reproduction, republishing, creation of derivative works from, distribution, performance, display, incorporation into another web site, reproducing CompoundingToday.com (whether by linking, framing or any other method), or in any other way exploiting any of the Content, in whole or in part, or downloading and using software repeatedly for uses other than those expressly permitted may not be made without IJPC's prior express written consent. Neither title nor intellectual property rights are transferred to you, but remain with IJPC, who owns full and complete title.

Terms of Use
The content on CompoundingToday.com is our property and the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may display or print the content on CompoundingToday.com for your use in the day-to-day practice of pharmacy.

This site contains some material, such as abstracts, full text of journal articles and books, and all databases, that is copyright protected. Such protected material may not be reproduced or redistributed without the consent of the copyright holder, except as specifically provided in the copyright laws.

You agree not to sell, publish, distribute, retransmit or otherwise provide access to the content received through CompoundingToday.com to anyone including but not limited to your fellow employees, friends or family, with the following exception:

You may occasionally distribute an article or portion of an article from CompoundingToday.com in non-electronic format to a few (in no event more than 10) individuals without charge, provided you include all copyright and other proprietary rights notices in the same form in which they appear on the original CompoundingToday.com attribution and the phrase, "Used with permission from International Journal of Pharmaceutical Compounding." Please contact us at reprints@ijpc.com if you need to use content regularly or to distribute it to larger numbers of people or in any way not expressly permitted by this agreement.

You agree not to create abstracts from scrape or display headlines from CompoundingToday.com's content for use on another website or service. You agree not to post any content from CompoundingToday.com on newsgroups, electronic bulletin boards, mailing lists without our written permission.

If pursuant to an authorization from IJPC, you download PDF files, Word Documents or software from CompoundingToday.com, the software, including all code, files, images, contained in or generated by the software, and accompanying data, are deemed to be licensed to you by IJPC. You may not resell, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise convert the PDF files, Word Documents or Software to a perceivable form. IJPC does not grant you any permission to use the Content other than the permission expressly stated in this Subscriber Agreement.

SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION:
Although IJPC provides certain encryption in an effort to protect the electronic transmission of credit card numbers or social security numbers ("Financial Information") that you submit to IJPC through CompoundingToday.com, IJPC does not guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or from CompoundingToday.com. You understand and agree to assume the security risk for any information you provide using CompoundingToday.com.

Other than the Financial Information, do not send any confidential or proprietary information to IJPC through CompoundingToday.com. Except for the Financial Information or personally identifiable information relative to you, any information you do send to IJPC through CompoundingToday.com will be deemed NOT to be confidential ("Non-Confidential Information.")

IJPC PRIVACY POLICY:
IJPC's collection and use of personally identifiable information about you will not be used in any way other than to communicate with you about your CompoundingToday.com subscription, CompoundingToday.com products and services and CompoundingToday.com updates and to send you a CompoundingToday.com newsletter. Your personal information will not be resold to any other entity. IJPC will track your use of CompoundingToday.com for internal marketing purposes only. CompoundingToday.com is intended for use by persons over the age of 13. IJPC does not seek to collect information about children under the age of 13. No information should be submitted to or posted on CompoundingToday.com by users under 13 years of age. IJPC encourages parents to take an active role in their children's use of the Internet, and to inform them of the potential dangers of providing information about themselves over the Internet.

IJPC provides a reporting function and will seek to validate information provided.

Choice of Law
You agree that this Subscriber Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

General
This Subscriber Agreement contains the final and entire Agreement between you and IJPC regarding your use of CompoundingToday.com and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous verbal or written negotiations, understandings or agreements regarding your use of CompoundingToday.com. This Agreement is personal to you, which means you may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to anyone.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, defend IJPC from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorney's fees), or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from your breach of this Agreement.
